Ministerial Decree No. 1672 implementing Presidential Decree No. 386 amending Presidential Decree No. 580 on hunting and fishing.

Item 3.2 of the Ministerial Decree No. 466 validating the forms of contract for lease of hunting grounds and fishing areas shall be amended to add the following wording: “Lease holder shall have the duty to: (a) comply with hunting rules and regulations, and other legislative acts related protection and management of wild fauna; (b) comply with contractual arrangements; (c) plan and carry out complex arrangements for conservation of wild animals; (d) ensure purposeful use of hunting grounds; (e) register game and wildlife products; (f) prevent cruelty to animals; (g) observe prescripts of state hunting bodies and officials; (h) ensure hunting rights of local residents through issuance to them of hunting authorization or once-only hunting permits; and (i) compensate environmental, agricultural and forest damages caused due to hunting.”
