Ministerial Decree No. 63 validating the Regulation on the state evaluation of geological information on subsoil and validation of the mineral reserves.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the state evaluation of geological information on subsoil and validation of the mineral reserves in the process of geological ground survey. Geological information on the properties of subsoil and explored mineral reserves shall be subject to the state evaluation and validation for the purpose of rational and complex subsoil management. The state evaluation shall be carried out by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. Managers of subsoil shall submit to the Ministry the materials subject to the state evaluation by the beginning of each year. A report shall be drawn by the outcome of the state geological evaluation.
