Ministerial Decree No. 641 validating the Regulation on transfer of land.

This Ministerial Decree regards transfer of land to the category of radioactively contaminated land, removal thereof from practical use, and also exclusion from the category of radioactively contaminated land and transfer thereof to practical use. Radioactively contaminated land shall be considered the plots of land located on the radioactively contaminated territories that cannot ensure manufacturing of agricultural commodities complying with radionuclide contents standard. Radioactively contaminated land recognized unsuitable for economic activity in conformity with the purposeful use thereof shall be classified as land subject to alienation and it can be expropriated in accordance with the established modalities. Use restrictions shall be imposed upon radioactively contaminated land not classified as land subject to alienation. Classification of radioactively contaminated land and transfer of land from one category to another shall be carried out by the Ministry on Emergency Situations.
