Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes terms and condition of capture, procurement and (or) trade of wild fauna species that are not subject to hunting and fishing by removal from their natural habitats. Species authorized for capture are listed in the Annexes 1 and 2. The Act consists of eight Sections dealing with: (1) general provisions; (2) the right of citizens for capture, procurement and (or) purchase of wild fauna species that are not subject to hunting and fishing; (3) biological substantiation; (4) calculation of the procurement and purchase amount; (5) limits for procurement and (or) purchase; (6) modalities of procurement and (or) purchase; (7) rights and duties of legal and natural persons carrying out procurement and (or) purchase ; and (8) restrictions and prohibition of procurement and purchase. Citizens shall be authorized to procure for personal consumption wild fauna species that are not subject to hunting and fishing without any permit. Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs the aforesaid activities must obtain authorization form local self-government.
