Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes terms and conditions for the management of wild fauna for scientific research, educational, recreational, aesthetic and other purposes in the process of cultural activity, except for protected and endangered species recorded in the Red Book. The Regulation consists of four Sections dealing with: (1) general provisions; (2) management of wild fauna without removal thereof from natural habitats; (3) management of wild fauna with removal thereof from natural habitats; and (4) issuance of authorization for the removal of wild fauna species from their natural habitats. Management of wild fauna without removal thereof from natural habitats shall be carried out by means of watching, photographing, study, tagging, etc. without any authorization and must not damage wild fauna and natural habitats. Capture of wild fauna species shall be carried out in the established hunting seasons with authorized hunting gear. Capture or hunting of wild fauna species for the aforesaid purposes during prohibited seasons, prohibited period of time with the use of prohibited hunting gear shall be carried out in accordance with special authorization under the supervision of hunting inspection.
