Decision No. 1119 of the Council of Minister “On amendments and addenda to some decisions of the Council of Ministers".

Resolution No. 828 of the Council of Ministers validating the Regulation on botanical collections shall be amended to add the following wording: “The owner of a botanical collection included in the register is issued a certificate of botanical collection by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection in the form in Annex 1. In cases where a botanical collection belongs to several owners, a certificate of botanical collection is issued to each of them”. Ministerial Decree No. 700 validating the Regulation on management of wild fauna for scientific research, educational, recreational, aesthetic and other purposes in the process of cultural activity shall be amended to add the following wording: “To obtain a permit, a legal entity or a natural person, including an individual entrepreneur, planning to remove wild animals from their natural habitat, submits to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection an application for a permit in the form in accordance with Annex 2 and listed documentation”. Ministerial Decree No. 126 regarding some issues of management of protected animal species shall be amended to add the following wording: “To register wild animals and obtain a certificate of registration of wild animals kept and (or) bred in captivity, related to species included in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus, or being CITES specimens, the owner of wild animals submits to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection an application in the form according to Annex 1 and other requested documents”. Ministerial Decree No. 638 regarding some issues of wild fauna and wild flora management shall be amended to add the following wording: “To obtain a permit for the removal of wild animals and wild growing plants, related to species included in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus, from their habitat and growth area, an application in the form in Appendix 1 is submitted to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. The permit is issued for a period of one month to one year, depending on the time required to remove wild animals and wild growing plants”.
