Ministerial Decree No. 813 validating the Regulation on modification of area under agricultural crops destructed or damaged as a result of major force events.

This Ministerial Decree has as its purpose registration of areas under agricultural crops destructed or damaged as a result of major force events (disasters, adverse weather conditions, epiphytoty diseases, damages caused by wild animals and rodents), evaluation of the state and further use of such crops. The requirements of this Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to legal persons the main activity of which is production of agricultural commodities. The Ministry of Agriculture shall carry out selective inspection of areas under agricultural crops. Annex 1 contains the form of inspection act.
