Ministerial Decree No. 936 validating the Regulation on the issuance of once-only authorization for import and export of pedigree animals and their pedigree products.

This Ministerial Decree shall have as its purpose the regulation of import and export of pedigree agricultural animals and their pedigree products and the prevention of import of low quality pedigree materials. It shall be applicable to cattle, swine, birds and bees. Quality control of pedigree stock and pedigree products shall be carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture. The issuance of once-only authorization for import of pedigree animals and their pedigree products shall be carried out on condition that the exporting agricultural organizations pertain to pedigree breeding category and comply with the Belarusian veterinary and sanitary requirements. Import authorization shall be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture once-only for the whole lot of pedigree animals or pedigree products. Application according to the form validated by the Ministry must contain the following documentation: (a) legal address (for legal persons); (b) personal passport data (for physical persons); (c) substantiation of import (export) with reference to a particular selection programme; (d) quantity of pedigree animals or their pedigree products; (e) exporting country (importing country); (f) projected period of import (export); (g) destination, place of keeping pedigree animals and their pedigree products; (h) copy of contract; (i) international veterinary certificate.
