Presidential Decree No. 2 amending Presidential Decree No. 3 validating the Regulation on tenders for selection of legal persons for exclusive import of liquors.

Items 6.4 and 6.5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Tender application shall contain the following documentation: (a) copy of state registration and statute; (b) copy of special authorization (licence) for the wholesale storage of liquors and tobaccos. All the aforesaid copies of documents shall be certified by legal representative or authorized person.”
