Presidential Decree No. 200 validating the administrative procedures which are carried out by the state bodies and other organizations at the request of citizens.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection shall perform the following functions: (a) issuance of permits for the movement across the State Border of the Republic of Belarus of species of animals and plants, their parts or derivatives, covered by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, dated March 3, 1973; (b) issuance of a permit for the removal of wild animals and wild growing plants, related to species included in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus, from their habitat and growth areas; (c) issuance of a permit for removal of wild flora species; (d) issuance of a state hunting permit; (e) issuance of a certificate of expert in evaluation of hunting trophies; (f) registration of hunting dogs and hunting birds; (g) issuance of a certificate for the right to underwater hunting; and (h) registration of dogs, cats (pet animals) with issuance of a registration certificate and token.
