Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus No. 77 - On approval of the Instruction on the procedure for liming acidic soils of agricultural lands.

This Decree establishes mandatory requirements for chalking of sour agricultural land and shall be applicable to all agricultural organizations producing agricultural commodities. The Instruction consists of 9 Sections: (1) general provisions; (2) agrotechnical requirements; (3) elaboration of design and estimate documentation; (4) quantity of fertilizers; (5) chalking of hayland and grassland; (6) types of chalking fertilizers; (7) quality control and evaluation of chalking of sour agricultural land; (8) registration of chalking fertilizers and of chalked areas; and (9) determination of regularity of chalking.
