Abstract
This Regulation establishes the procedure for liming of acidic agricultural land and it shall be applicable to legal persons, the main activity of which is manufacturing, procurement, processing of agricultural commodities on the national territory, and provision of services in the field of crop production, land reclamation of general services. Liming of acidic agricultural land shall be intended application to the soil of calcium and magnesium as carbonate, oxide or hydroxide for neutralization of acidity. Quality of application of lime materials in the field or on land shall be determined in accordance with the following indicators: (a) compliance with the normative application dose; (b) uniformity of application; and (c) absence of spilled lime materials. Liming of acidic soils of agricultural lands is carried out during calendar year. Only lime materials that have passed state registration and included in the State register of plant protection means and fertilizers authorized for use on the national territory shall be authorized for liming of acidic soils of agricultural land.
