Resolution No. 11 of the Ministry of Forestry validating the Regulation on the regime of forestry management in aerodrome (heliport) areas.

This Regulation determines the procedure for forestry management in the aerodrome (heliport) areas of state aviation. The boundaries of the aerodrome (heliport) territories of state aviation on forest fund land are determined by the Aviation Rules for Admission to Operation of Aerodromes (Heliports) of State Aviation of the Republic of Belarus. Every year, as necessary, the owners of the aerodrome (heliport) inform legal entities engaged in forestry about the boundaries of the aerodrome (heliport) territories, as well as the requirements for the placement and operation of facilities in these territories, including the presence of plantings whose height exceeds the height established by the Aviation Rules. If the owners of the airfield (heliport) have plantings within the aerodrome (heliport) territory whose height exceeds the height established by the Aviation Rules, they shall send a notification to the legal entity engaged in forestry about a joint survey of the plantings. In the aerodrome (heliport) areas, forestry activities are carried out in compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the use, protection, conservation and reproduction of forests, on environmental protection, on protected nature conservation areas, and also taking into account the requirements of the Aviation Rules. In accordance with the act of tree inspection, a legal entity conducting forestry issues a logging ticket for forest felling, carried out when removing obstacles in the form of forest plantations and (or) individual trees that pose a threat to the safety of aircraft flights. Forest fund areas in the aerodrome (helicopter) areas after felling are left for natural forest regeneration.
