Resolution No. 130 of the Council of Ministers amending resolutions of the Council of Ministers amending Decree No. 734 of the Council of Ministers validating Regulation on formation and keeping database on the state of environment, composition of general ecological information subject to compulsory dissemination, holders of such information bound to disseminate it and periodicity of dissemination.

This Resolution validates Regulation on the procedure for the formation and maintenance of the state register of environmental information on the state of the environment and the impact on it. The owner of the state register is the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. Holders of environmental information who maintain registers, annually before October 1, transfer the registers they have created to the Ministry of Natural Resources in electronic form free of charge, and also post them in an accessible place (on information stands, boards) and on their official websites on the global computer network Internet. The information contained in the state register is open and available for public access.
