Abstract
This Decree establishes that State fund of data on the state of environment shall be set up containing ecological information submitted by the authorized state institutions in the sphere of natural resources, environmental protection, forestry, agriculture and food, animal and plant inspections and local executive bodies. The objective of the Fund shall be ecological data collection, processing, reporting and ensuring access to ecological information to state bodies, public organizations, legal and natural persons. The following ecological information shall be subject to compulsory inclusion in the Fund: (a) monitoring; (b) environmental measurements; (c) environmental registration; (d) management of natural resources; (e) issuance of environmental permits; (f) environmental assessment; (g) EIA; (h) environmental audit; (i) ecological certification; and (j) environmental rate setting. Holders of ecological information are listed in the Annex 1. Holders of ecological information shall grant access to it free of charge updating annually databases by 1 October.
