Resolution No. 1379 of the Council of Ministers validating the list of administrative procedures carried out by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its territorial bodies in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

This Resolution establishes the list of administrative procedures carried out by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its territorial bodies in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. In particular, it lists the following activities pertaining to the competence of the Ministry: (a) issuance of open-ended certificate for botanical collections; (b) issuance of conclusion on the availability on a land plot of explored mineral deposit; (c) issuance of authorization for transboundary movement of wild fauna, wild flora species, parts and derivates therefrom, covered by CITES Convention; (d) issuance of authorization for removal and protected wild fauna and wild flora species from their natural habitat; (e) issuance of authorization for introduction, reintroduction, acclimatization of wild fauna species, and zoological collections; (f) registration of captive breeding of endangered and protected wild fauna species covered by CITES Convention; (g) issuance of authorization for capture of wild fauna species destined for captive breeding, scientific research, educational and aesthetic purposes; (h) issuance of authorization for purchase of wild fauna species and fishes; (i) issuance of authorization for import-export of ozone-depleting substances; (j) issuance of authorization for emission of pollutants to the atmospheric air; (k) issuance of authorization for transboundary movement of hazardous waste; (l) issuance of authorization for the performance of hunting management project; (m) issuance of permits for waste management and waste disposal; (n) issuance of authorization for works causing active environmental impact; and (o) issuance of authorization for special water management.
