Resolution No. 1677 of the Council of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for issuing integrated environmental permits.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for issuing integrated environmental permits, amendments to them and (or) additions, extensions, termination and issuance of duplicates. This Regulation applies to nature managers – legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carrying out activities (planning to carry out activities) related to operation of facilities that have a complex impact on environment. Issuance of integrated environmental permits, inclusion in their amendments and (or) additions, extension of the term and termination of them, issuance of duplicates of integrated environmental permits shall be carried out by territorial bodies of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection at the place of state registration of the nature manager. Complex environmental permit is issued for a period specified by the nature manager in the application for the issuance of an integrated environmental protection permits, from 5 to 10 years. The period of validity of the integrated environmental permit is extended by issuing authority for a period of 5 to 10 years.
