Abstract
This Resolution validates: (a) the form of the animal (herd) certificate in accordance with Appendix 1; and (b) application form for entering information into the register of animal (herd) owners, including changes and (or) addenda thereto, in accordance with Appendix 3; and (c) application form for issuing an animal (herd) passport in accordance with Appendix 5.
