Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities and requirements for performance of inspection of public forest for compliance with terms and conditions indicated in the documents certifying forest management rights and performance of forest management arrangements. The scope of inspection shall be identification, prevention and suppression of forest offences. Inspection shall identify the compliance with terms and conditions inserted in felling authorization and, in particular, types of felling, place and location of felling area, forest species subject to felling, deadline for felling and transportation of extracted timber and cleaning of felling area.
