Resolution No. 80 of the Ministry of Forestry validating the Regulation on some issues of afforestation and reforestation.

This Decree establishes the modalities of performance of afforestation and reforestation, inspection of public forest, requirements for care of forest plantations, classification of forest species as destroyed, cancellation of destroyed forest species and classification of forest species as particularly precious forest plantations. Afforestation and reforestation shall be classified as follows: (a) natural afforestation and reforestation; (b) combined afforestation and reforestation; and (c) artificial afforestation and reforestation. Forestry arrangements shall include fencing of forest felling and clearing areas, sowing of seeds and planting material, care of forest plantations and assessment of afforestation and reforestation.
