Resolution No. 84 of the Ministry of Forestry validating the Regulation on allotment and estimate survey of forest felling areas.

This Decree establishes the modalities of allotment and estimate survey of forest felling areas. Its requirements shall be mandatory for legal persons performing forest management in public forest and, in particular, timber extraction. Allotment and estimate survey of forest felling areas shall be performed prior to issuance of felling authorization. Forest areas destined for felling in accordance with forest management plan shall be subject to allotment and (or) estimate survey. Allotment of two or more forest felling areas shall be authorized within a single forest taxation plot.
