Resolution No. 89 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Procedure for organizing molecular genetic expertise.

This Procedure establishes the Procedure for organizing molecular genetic expertise. Molecular genetic examination is carried out on a contractual basis. The contract is concluded between the applicant and the laboratory that carries out the molecular genetic examination. To conduct a molecular genetic examination, a biological sample is submitted to the laboratory. The biological sample is the biological material of an animal from which deoxyribonucleic acid can be isolated. The applicant shall take biological samples in accordance with the procedure for taking and storing biological samples established by the laboratory, which is attached to the agreement. Biological samples from animals, information (data) about which is included in the state information system in the field of breeding, are sent to the laboratory with an accompanying document generated in the state information system in the field of breeding, in electronic form and printed on paper.
