Abstract
Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 156 shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Issuance of permits for removal of wild growing plants and (or) parts thereof from their natural environment shall be issued by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection upon submittal of application and substantiation”.
Relations concerning the removal of wild growing plants and (or) parts thereof from their habitat by legal entities for the use of flora objects for research, educational and experimental purposes on public forest land are regulated by legislation on the use, protection and reproduction of forests. The grounds for issuing a permit are: (a) application; (b) compliance of the removal of wild plants and (or) their parts from their growing environment with scientific research and educational and experimental purposes. If a legal entity is brought to justice for violating legislative acts on the protection and use of flora, a permit can be issued only after one year from the date of prosecution.
