Environmental Protection (Pollution From Plastics) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022.

These Regulations amend the Environmental Protection (Pollution from Plastics) Regulations, 2020 (principal Regulations). Regulation 2 of the principal Regulations are amended by substituting the definition of national standards. Further, paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) of Regulation 33 are amended. Schedule I – Restricted Products, Schedule III – Application for Permit to Import a Restricted Product and Schedule VI – Application for Licence to Manufacture a Restricted Product are all substituted.
