Abstract
This Environmental Protection (Pollution from Plastics) Regulations, 2020 consists of 5 Parts: 1. Preliminary; 2. Importation of restricted products; 3. Manufacture of a restricted product; 4. Prohibited products; 5. Miscellaneous.
A person shall apply to the Department of the Environment for a permit to import a restricted product as specified in Schedule I. A person shall apply to the Department of the Environment for a licence to manufacture a restricted product.
