Abstract
These Regulations make amendments in the principal Regulations, such as in Regulation 3 regarding the criteria for possession of crawfish and prohibited fishing gears in certain periods; regulation 8 regarding prohibited fishing area and authorization of fishing gear; Regulation 26 regarding the restriction to catch or kill whaleshark; and Third Schedule. Furthermore, these Regulations insert Eight Schedule on lighthouse reef atoll to the principal Regulations.
