Abstract
The 124 regulations are divided into 4 Parts: Preliminary (I); General (II); Licensing (III); Processing (IV).
Part IV is divided into 5 sections: Definitions (I); Quality Assurance Regulations (II); Labelling (III); Construction of and Equipment for Fish Processing Establishments (IV); Operating Requirements (V).
Part II provides for fish conservation measures such as the restriction of catching of crawfish, bonefish, conch, turtle, coral, the prohibition of the use of certain gear, licences and record keeping for the exportation of fish. The Schedules contain forms for the entry of export duty (1); fish (boats) licences, fisherman's licences, fish exporter's licence (2), certificates of inspection (3), and specify processing requirements (4).
