Fisheries (Amendment) Regulation 1982 (S.I. No. 17 of 1982).

Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by adding subregulations (2) and (3): (2) No person shall with intent to take fish, use any trap or other device constructed of net or wire in any area within a distance of one hundred yards of the Barrier Reef; (3) no person shall, with intent to take fish, use any trap, wire or net, other than lobster traps, in the vicinity of Bottonwood Caye, Cay Glory, Maugre Caye or any area in which the trapping of fish is prohibited.
