Fisheries (Amendment) Regulation 1982 (S.I. No. 17 of 1982).

Regulations made by the Minister responsible for Fisheries in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 9 of the Fisheries Ordinance, Chapter 133 of the Laws. No person shall with intent to take fish, use any trap or other device constructed of net or wire in any area within a distance of one hundred yards of the Barrier Reef. No person shall with intent to take fish, use any trap or other device constructed of net or wire, other than lobster traps, the vicinity of specified areas or any areas in which the trapping of fish is prohibited.
