Fisheries Resources (Gill Net Prohibition) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 158 of 2020).

These Regulations prohibit (I) to use a gill net of any mesh size or length for the purpose of, or as a method of, catching fish in fisheries waters; (II) to land, sell, buy or be in possession of any fish obtained in fisheries waters by the use of a gill net; and (III) to have a gillnet in possession in fisheries waters.
