Hol Chan Marine Reserve (Amendment) Regulations 1994 (S.I. No. 170 of 1994).

These amendments of the Principal Regulations provide for the establishment of a Board of Trustees for the purpose of directing and managing the affairs of the Reserve. The constitution and procedure of the Board shall be as set out in the Third Schedule added to the Principal Regulations. The Board shall be responsible, inter alia, for: (a) the efficient administration of the Reserve; (b) manage the financial affairs of the Reserve; (c) carry out any other functions as may be assigned by the Minister for the efficient functioning of the Reserve.
