Abstract
For the purposes of proper control and regulation of the Reserve, there are created three zones within the Reserve. The Zones shall be clearly demarcated (reg. 3). Regulation 4 prohibits the activities listed in that Regulation. There is hereby established a Board of Trustees for the purpose of directing and managing the affairs of the Reserve. Functions of the Board are set out in regulation 14. The Fisheries Regulations shall apply within the Reserve.
