Hol Chan Marine Reserve (Amendment) Regulations, 1997 (S.I. No. 18 of 1997).

Subregulation (1) of regulation 14 is amended by the addition of a new paragraph (i) which reads as follows: "purchase and hold title to real property, but only with the consent of the Minister, for the purpose connected with the administration of the reserve". Regulation 14 was introduced by the Regulations which amend the principal Regulations of 1994 and provide for the establishment of a Board of Trustees which shall manage the affairs of the Reserve.
