Registration of Merchant Ships (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations.

These Regulations, made to implement selected provisions of the Registration of Merchant Ships Act, concern the registration of Belizean ships, appointment and duties of the Registrar, application for registration, the contents of the International Merchant Marine Register of Belize, measurement and survey of ships, marking of ships after registration, transfer of ships to a foreign registry, transfer of ownership of ships, mortgages, liens, name and flag of ship, etc.
