Abstract
These Regulations apply to all cargo vessels registered in the International Merchant Marine Register of Belize (IMMARBE). They shall not apply to fishing vessels. The Regulations concern documents for registration, including oil pollution prevention certificates, and other conditions for registration regarding construction, equipment, stability, etc. The Regulations require tankers above 150 GRT to comply with the MARPOL Convention and to carry Official Oil Record Books on board.
