Social Security Act (Cap. 44).

This Act lays down provisions on insurance; pension and other benefits; the establishment, powers and functions of the Social Security Board; the establishment, audit and administration of the Social Security Fund; the establishment of the Social Security Investment Committee and the National Health Insurance Scheme; and offences and penalties. The Minister may make regulations modifying the provisions of this Act in relation to persons who are or have been employed on board any ship, vessel or aircraft.
