Abstract
These Regulations concern the issuing of violation tickets by authorized persons to any person who commits a littering offence and related matters. “Littering offence” means an offence defined in section 4 of the Summary Jurisdiction (Offences) Act, or any other offence which may be so designated under this Act or any other law.
