Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Forest Act and sets out specific advertising requirements when inviting applications for various licences. It also deals with deposits made upon such applications, their amount, refund and forfeiture. The text consists of 18 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Advertising (1); Deposits (2); Disposition of deposits (3); Extensions (4).

The present Regulations includes amendments up to B.C. Reg. 73/2013.This regulation replaces the Advertising, Deposits, Disposition and Extensions Regulation (B.C. Reg. 277/2004).
