The Agricultural Producers' Organization Funding Act (C.C.S.M. c. A18).

The purpose of this Act is to facilitate the funding of: a) a certified organization; and b) other organizations that represent producers of specific agricultural products; by requiring the purchasers of agricultural products to assist in the collection of fees for those organizations.
