Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Agricultural Producers' Organization Funding Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the annual membership fees to be paid by individuals, corporations or partnerships. The text – consisting of 9 sections – deals with the following aspects: designated purchaser, percentage value, refund of overpayment and underpayment, refunds on request, minimum amounts and coming into force.
