Allowable Annual Cut Administration Regulation (B.C. Reg. 69/2009).

The present Regulation enacts the Forest Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation “timber harvesting land base" means the current timber harvesting land base for a tree farm license area or a timber supply area, whichever is applicable, as set out in the most recent allowable annual cut determination for the area.
