Allowable Annual Cut Partition Regulation (BC Reg 32/2011).

The present Regulation provides for the enactment of the Forest Act. Section 2 establishes that the base-level allowable annual cut that is prescribed for the purposes of Division 3.01 of Part 4 of the Act is 10 001 m3 a year. Section 3 contains the definition of “exempted licence”.
