Abstract
This Act regulates animal health and protection. It is divided up into 7 sections as follows: Short title (1); Interpretation (2); Supervision of Act (3); Regulations (4); Personnel (5); Administration expenses(6); and Offence and penalty (7).
The Act provides for the Governor in Council to make such regulations as deemed necessary or expedient for the purpose of eradicating, preventing or controlling the spread of disease among animals in the Province.
