Abstract
The present Regulations are made under sections 111 and 112 of the Forest Act. In particular, the Regulation lists the rate of annual rent payable for the following: community forest agreement, first nations woodland licence, forest licence, tree farm licence and woodlot licence. The text consists of 2 sections.
