Abstract
The present Regulation is enacted under the Mines and Minerals Act. The Regulation applies to agreements entered into by the Minister under Part 9 of the Act. In particular the Regulation consists of two main parts: Evaluation Permits and Carbon Sequestration Leases. The text consists of 21 sections.
Entry into force notes
For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 April 2016.
