Abstract
This Regulation implements the Natural Products Act for what concerns cattle, i.e. cows, bulls, steers, heifers and calves of the genus Bos that are marketed for the production of meat (sect. 2). The regulation provides for the establishment of a plan of action for the New Brunswick Cattle Producers for the pursue of its purposes, which include the promotion, control and regulation within the regulated area of the production and marketing of cattle; the promotion of the consumption and use of cattle and research activities pertaining to cattle. The regulation defines the powers of the Board (Part II) and levies and charges related to cattle (Part III).
Entry into force notes
The present Regulation comes into force on 1 July 2001.
