Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. For the purpose of the present Regulations «cellulose fibre insulation» means cellulose fibre for use as loose-fill thermal insulation in the interior of new and existing buildings. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the protection of the population from such insulation material. The text consists of 8 sections.
