Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Natural Products Marketing Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to chicken farmers. In particular, section 3 establishes that no person may obtain a producer licence for the production and marketing of chicken unless that person has been issued base quota by the Commodity Board. The text consists of 35 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Interpretation (I); Base-quota (II); Licensing and fees (III); Records and reporting (IV); Pricing (V); Appeals (VI); Final offer arbitration procedure (VII).
