Abstract
The aim of the present Act is to regulate the marketing of certain natural products in Nova Scotia. For this purpose the Governor in Council may establish a board to be known as the Natural Products Marketing Council. Furthermore, the Act deals with, amongst others, powers of the Council, inspection by members of the Council, agreements, personnel, seizure, licensing powers, marketing schemes, penalties, etc. The text consists of 19 sections.
