Abstract
This Regulation provides for the control and regulation in any or all respects of the producing and marketing within Ontario of chickens, including the prohibition of such producing and marketing in whole or in part. All chickens shall be marketed only through the local board. According to section 17, there shall be a negotiating agency consisting of two parties, one representing the local board and the other the licensed Ontario chicken processors. The Act consists of 20 sections and 1 Schedule.
